Families are the compass that guide us. They are the inspiration to reach great heights, and our comfort when we occasionally falter

I love my family so much! I am so grateful to have such an amazing family and extended family who are always there for us and love us!

This weekend we were able to celebrate life and be able to be in California for my cousin Brooke and her husband Mike's daughter Zoe's baby blessing! It was such a miracle that Brooke and Zoe are both doing great now and are healthy and happy!

So Jared and I were able to attend the blessing and then we had to book it back to Utah!! Oh man..that drive is getting longer and longer every time we do it

Another one...

In family life, love is the oil that eases friction, the cement that binds closer together, and the music that brings harmony.

The whole family!

River Weekend!!

This weekend was a BLAST!!!

Every year we go to Laughlin Nevada during the summer time to ride our seedoos!! We usually arrive late Thursday night that way we can ride on the river all day Friday and Saturday and then drive home Saturday night so we can get 2 full days on the water!! This time around was a little different because we drove from Utah and my parents and the rest of the family drove from Cali so we meet there. We invited our 2 really good friends Treigh and Carol to come with us!! The river was awesome!! It was a solid 112 degrees out but the water felt so refreshing and good!

Our little camp....Jared, Brionna and Mom!! Love them!!

My crazy dad trying to get tan...he usually ends up bright RED because he doesn't put enough sun screen on!

Riding on the seedoos!!

Tubing!

4th of July!!

Happy 4th of July!! As everyone should know by now Jared LOVES the 4th of July..so for 3 years now we have been wearing these lovely pants on the 4th all day in celebration!! This year was our first year in Utah but that didn't matter to Jared...so we of course still wore our Red White and Blue all day

Being our crazy selves!

Today we celebrated the 4th with Danielle and her Fiancee Zac and his family. We were in charge of bringing dessert!! mmmm...these cupcakes were BOMB!!

We started of the day at 7 peaks with Danielle and Zac...it was kinda cloudy but overall it was a nice day to relax and enjoy the sun! The park wasn't as crowded as we thought it was going to be so that was fun! The guys ended up getting a tube...who knows how that happened...mmm...but there was probably a little kid wondering around looking for his tube..but the guys insisted on them finding it and the kid not wanting it. So we took turns going down some of the slides!!

The four of us and the guys in there crazy umbrella hats!

Laying out catching some sun!

Later that night we had a fire in Zac's backyard and we roosted marshmallows and had smores!!
We then went up to the top of a Mountain in Draper and watched the whole Valley and all the fireworks from there!! It was sooo cool to see all the fireworks from Sugarhouse, Real soccer, the Bee's Stadium and of course everyone else's!!

Temple Night!

Jared and I have a goal or you can say a dream...to go inside as many Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint Temples as we can throughout our lifetime. So...we have started with the ones in California and Utah since we have lived there. Jared and I have been to 4 of the Temples in California, and 2 of the ones in Utah. Since there are so many temples in Utah we want to go more often and visit as many as we can. This is us outside the Oquirrh Mountain Temple in South Jordan with my best friend Carol.

My Family came and surprised us!!

My mom and little brother drove all the way up to Utah and surprised me at work!! I went to work like usual and while I was at work putting together a catering order I hear my mom's voice yelling my name so I turn around and there they are standing by the from door of Rubio's!! OOOHHHH man I was sooo excited!! My mom just missed Jared and I and wanted to come and visit us. We hung out with my Uncle and Aunt in South Jordan and relaxed. While my mom was in Utah we went shopping, had awesome food, and hung out with all my extended family. It was just so nice to be with all the family and hang out.

Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill

Since we moved to Utah, I transferred to Murray Rubio's. This is the Rubio's restaurant that I work at now, it is a LOT bigger then the last Rubio's I worked at in Rancho Cucamonga.

I love this Rubio's it is busier then the one in Cali and newer so I like it a lot better. The people are so nice and so fun to work with.

Soccer!!

Jared LOVES soccer. He eats, sleeps and breaths soccer!! Jared loved playing soccer in Italy while he was on his mission, and when he came home he joined a outdoor league in Ontario and it just didn't due him justice. Since we moved to Utah Jared's mission buddy Moreno asked him to play with him in his indoor soccer league. Jared LOVES it!! He loves to play indoor soccer because its fast pace and always exciting! I love watching indoor soccer much more then outdoor because its more exciting and the guys get more aggressive and it becomes more intense!! So this is a picture of Jared and Moreno's fan club at one of their games!!

Brionna and Kevin's Wedding!

Sorry it's been so long since I have posted anything...

Jared and I drove with my aunt and uncle from Utah to Cali on Tuesday May 3...we made good timing and it was a pretty chill drive. Wednesday was the start of the festivities...we got all the girls together and got our nails done and then all of the family got together and drove out to L.A. to be with Brionna when she went through the temple for the first time to get her endowments out. It is a religious thing we do before we get married. So we all were able to participate and be there for Brionna and Kevin. Thursday the craziness began...we got up pretty early and started bringing all the decorations and everything to the place we were going to have the reception. Everything turned out soooo good. Brionna and kevin's colors were hot pink and black.

Their reception was held outside and it was just perfect! They had bright pink table cloths and white lights streaming across the reception. It looked so beautiful! Thursday night we had a Bachelorette Party for Brionna at Dave and Busters! It was sooo fun!! Friday was the big day!! We got up at the crack of dawn to get ready and be in LA on time. All of us bridesmaids and Brionna got ready together in the morning and Brionna left in a limo on her way to LA while the rest of us bridesmaids drive together to LA. Once we got to the temple we all were able to see Brionna and Kevin kneel across the alter and make sacred covenants with God and be sealed for time and all eternity! It was so magical and so awesome to be able to be apart of the wedding and be there for Brionna.

Identical Twins all born on the same day

After the sealing we took a ton of cute pictures and then had a lunch in at Legend's!! It was sooo good...we were able to order what we wanted and eat there with all our friends and family! After the lunch-in we all drove back to Rancho and started helping with setting up for the reception. The reception went beautifully!! Brionna and Kevin took pictures at a park while we were setting up, so once they got to the reception it was all ready for them. The lights looked amazing, and the food was sooo awesome!!

We had a taco bar and it was BOMB!! They also had a ice cream bar with a grip load of ice cream choices!! Ohhh man the food was sooo good and it was just really nice to see some old friends and family.

Standing in Line..to say the least was wayyyy fun!!

Dancing with my crazy husband and my family and friends was sooo fun! After visiting and being with everyone we then did the 'cake cutting' which in Brionna and Kevin's world is smushing ice cream in each others faces! aahahhh..it was sooo cute!

Bye!!

They left with everyone holding sparklers and cheering them on!!! The wedding was soooo fun and it was so nice to be back in Cali with our families. Jared and  I both got flights home so we were able to spend some extra time with our families.

I am sooo happy for Mr. and Mrs. Brionna and Kevin Morgan!
